In order to assist clients in some of the more common problems that they have with their IT where it relates to their web site or e-mail we are building a list of help pages that will hopefully speed up the time it takes for you to resolve the problem.

We are also building a ticketing system that will be available soon so that anything that isn't covered here can be dealt with more efficiently. Tickets can be logged for registered customers and the requests that these generate will be sent to all members of staff within the company. The ticket will then be assigned to the first person available and you will be kept informed of the progress automatically via e-mail or by logging in to your own area.
