It's secure, it's reliable, it's fast and it's flexible. The availability of your site is of paramount importance to us and we take the responsibility for hosting your web site very seriously. At a small to medium enterprise level there is no better solution.

As a slightly more technical explanation, this is what we have:

• FreeBSD flavour of *nix installed
• Redundant 80gb Hard Disk Drives (Mirrored so that data on one drive is duplicated on the second
• 100% guaranteed network availability
• Control panel for all our clients to configure mail boxes, etc
• Managed server - all security patches and updates are done for us
• Backups to disk and then tape

We can offer hosting as a standalone service for clients but it's not core business for us. We charge £199 + vat per year for hosting and can offer tailored solutions should clients need something in particular. Anything from a simple hosting account with e-mail and some web space up to a dedicated server that we can manage and run specifically for you.

The datacentre that our server is housed in is fully protected against fire and is a climate controlled environment. Cisco firewalls protects the networks from nasty attacks and viruses sent to clients are filtered out before they ever get to an account on our machine (this is in addition to the virus protection that you MUST have in place on your local machines).
