Who's Who

Redcat Media consists of a small but perfectly formed full time team which is backed up by appropriate contract staff when required. The full time staff are as follows:

Andy Jacobs

Andy is the managing director and started the company 5 years ago. Andy deals with new business and helping customers develop strategies for ensuring that their web sites are looked at commercially so that they work for our clients. He spends most of his time away from the office seeing new and existing customers but also takes a hands on involvement in projects to ensure that they stay on brief.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM 

Ian Jamieson

Ian has been with the company for 2 years and his primary role withing the company is the very technical side. If you need your web site to perform a task whether it's taking orders on an e-commerce site, or some bespoke programming that you need to deal with a specific business problem then Ian will be the person who actually rolls his sleeves up and writes the code.

Carlos Ganan

Carlos has joined us on a temporary basis until the end of June when we can engage a full time developer. Carlos is here to back Ian J up on the technical side with PHP, Javascript and CMS integration.

DESIGN TEAM 

Ian Welch

Ian has been with the company for around 6 months and is from a creative background. Ian's main responsibilities are managing projects to get content from customers, design work, adding your content onto your web site, making content changes for clients and fielding customer queries. Ian also handles support questions from clients who are having problems using our content management system. Lastly, Ian is close to achieving his accreditation from Google as a certified Google Adwords campaign manager so that he'll actually be qualified to look after any Google pay-per-click advertising campaigns that you'd like to run.

Claire Thorburn

Claire joins Redcat as a graduate of Design for Interactive Media at Portsmouth University. Claire has joined to help grow the creative side of the company and has experience in designing for a wide range or media including print and web.

ADMINISTRATION 

Pippa Jacobs

Pippa has worked for Redcat since it started but actually joined the company officially in January 2007. Pippa deals with all the accounts, invoicing and administration for the company.
